AWARD WINNING LISTED COTTAGE RESTORATION
The sympathetic restoration of a listed range of fire ravaged cottages comprising of the careful removal of damaged fabric, repairing of salvageable fabric and replacement of lost fabric utilising original methods of workmanship and materials. The project received a 2019 Commendation in recognition of the high standard of Design & Craftsmanship.
GRADE II LISTED REPAIRS AND REFURBISHMENTS
Structural repairs to and refurbishment of a Grade II listed priory barn to incorporate a Brewery; plus the complete reconstruction of adjacent cart shed, external drainage and landscaping. The project received a 2021 Commendation in recognition of the high standard of Design & Craftsmanship.
REPAIRS TO BLICKLING HALL NORFOLK
Refurbishment and repairs to the Clock Tower, renewal of lead roof covering, redecorations and installation of roof restraint system.
EXTENSION TO
ST MARY'S CHURCH
This two storey building was of traditional church design with special attention to detail when building with stone and flint.
RESTORATION OF STIFFKEY OLD HALL NORFOLK
The complete restoration and internal re-arrangement in two phases of this Grade 1 listed building under the general guidance of the English Heritage. Works were carried out over a five year period and included internal refurbishment, external works and roofing works.
IMPROVEMENTS TO
BRIDEWELL MUSEUM NORWICH
Provision of two access lifts, new external entrance door, roofing works, general internal and external repairs and refurbishment to a Grade 1 Listed building.
ALTERATIONS TO
A LISTED BUILDING NORFOLK
The project included internal and external alteration and refurbishment works.
REFURBISHMENT OF THE GREAT HOSPITAL NORWICH
Refurbishment of the Hall, Male & Female WC’s, Lobby, Corridor and Kitchen areas.
REFURBISHMENT OF THE ASSEMBLY HOUSE NORWICH
Refurbishment of part of Grade I Listed building to form bed and breakfast accommodation including alterations and new extension.
THE ABBEY EXPERIENCE
WYMONDHAM ABBEY
The project included reinstating areas of the Abbey and ruins and bringing them back into use, plus a single storey extension comprising of sacristy, toilets, servery and multi-use space.
